Course Description: This is the fastest and most cost effective way for current ITIL Service Managers to achieve ITIL Expert. ITIL® v3 moves from the "process focused" approach of v2 to a "Service Lifecycle" approach. Particular attention is paid to Service Improvement and overall IT Strategy. This course gives an intense examination of the changes in the new volumes:

Who Should Attend: IT Managers & Directors, CIOs, Process Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and managers and consultants responsible for the successful implementation and management of ITSM programs. Prerequisites: The candidate must hold a Manager's Certificate in IT Service Management, and must complete an accredited training course in order to sit for the exam. Exam: The ITIL Expert examination consists of 20 complex multiple choice questions. Candidates will be given 90 minutes to complete the examination. Certification is through the Information Systems Examination Board (ISEB). Candidates must earn a score of 80% (16 out of 20) to receive the ITIL Expert certificate.
